One of my favorite things about my job is the connections I get to make with the farms and the opportunities to team up and support their endeavors. This particular farm is one with a great cause. Mark was inspired to plant to help support his son’s travel baseball efforts. Every summer for a couple weeks he opens up his home and allows people from all over NWA to explore his acres of perfectly planted Sunflowers and they can pick them or take photos. His family is overwhelmingly welcoming and the memories made are one of the highlights of my summer.

EEEP. Is all I can say. It was so fun and such an honor to be able to shoot Kirstin and Charles. They are some of my dearest friends and we have been there for each other through alot of adult milestones. I am so excited for Baby Hendrix and I can’t wait to watch your family grow!
Another summer night in the sunflower field. Cori hasn’t never had solo professional photos made (without her horse) so her mama wanted to document the last of her child years before she embarks in her teenage years. She is a beautiful fairychild and the sweetest soul- thankful I was able to take her photos.
The irony is, I love creating content for my clients. I often struggle with creating content for myself. When I found out about the sunflower field, I could not help it. Summer headshots and some lifestyle edits where the name of the game. Shoutout to my friend, Mary, for shooting this and being an amazing fellow professional horse girl. Check out her work at dumondphotography.com - She is amazing!
This was actually part of a bigger shoot with the Wolfs. They were visiting their childhood best friends from Iowa and wanted to capture both families together. There were lots of babies! But it sure was fun.
Taking pictures of the Wolf (resisting the urge to say “pack”) was so fun. Two littles grow up so fast so to be able to help document their family in such a special season of life was such a blessing.
It was such an honor to be trusted to take family photos of our dear friends (and fellow photographer). I feel like these photos captured their essence and I am really happy with how they turned out. It is not easy taking photos of a 3 year old, but Elliot did an amazing job. Brian and Kelsey also never got around to taking engagement photos, so getting some sweet shots of just them was so special. AND SHE IS STUNNING so that helps too.
